ALL ORDERS SHIP FROM OAKVILLE ONTARIO, CANADA – NO ADDED DUTIES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS!
Our goal at Carol Moxam Inc. is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. In the event that something was damaged in transit we will replace it at no cost to the customer. If the item being returned was purchased as a special package or on sale, then a refund will be issued.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges resulting from incorrect address entry or non-delivery.
Your order was packed with great care and attention to detail. Any damages should be reported to and claimed immediately with the carrier as well as contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Wherever possible, please attach a picture of the damage for your records.
Returns resulting from an error on our part must be authorized by way of a Return Authorization (RN) # which we will supply along with a return address.
